BlackBox Analyzer now features a highly capable measuring grid and a simple WEB API

A new build of our Analyzer software has been released featuring a new video overlay measuring grid component and a WEB API for accessing Analyzer data directly from 3rd party custom applications/scripts.

The user friendly measuring grid can be placed on top of the video feeds in the Analyzer to give a good indication of the length of the various fish. After a grid has been defined it's easier than ever to estimate a fish length more precisely by using the embedded grid ruler, see below.

A new WEB API has also been added and can be activated in the Analyzer enabling 3rd party applications/scripts to grab specific data from loaded trips, to accomodate more advanced data storage and reporting requirements. It's even possible to directly substract fish measuremets performed by the user using the grid ruler!
